  • Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a therapeutic approach using a specialised form of hypnotherapy incorporating psychotherapy, NLP and CBT. After living with an autoimmune condition - IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) for many years, experiencing burnout from my teaching career and being diagnosed with anxiety and a second autoimmune condition - Hypothyroid as well as experiencing insomnia especially during the most challenging times, As a result of RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and commitment to continued personal development and self-care I have been able to be liberated from the understanding of root causes connected to my past, regulate my nervous system and my mind and body be reprogrammed to live life without compromise.

My curiousity for the desire to evolve as much as possible and live an extradinary life led me to creating and founding QLT (Quantum Life Technique). This powerful process has not only enabled me to connect deeply to my higher self and soul to discover and expand my potentials, it has enabled me and my practitioners to facilitate our clients to unlock their full potential.

How it works:

  • I start by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You are always in control and you will remember everything afterwards. In this relaxed state with access to your subconscious mind, we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where your deeper beliefs (which are driving your current behaviours) stemmed from.

    Looking at these scenes with your adult eyes, you can give new meaning to them and remove any irrational beliefs that you may have formed as a child. After looking over three or four scenes from your life and working together to understand their meaning for you, I then give your mind suggestions, upgrading you with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life. You then receive a recording that you listen to for at least 28 days.

    The mind learns by repetition and by hearing these suggestions every day you are programming yourself with habits of thought which will lead to the right habits of action.

  • Quantum Life Technique is innovative and very exciting. It raises the vibration and consciousness to next level. It empowers clients to design a reality that aligns with their deepest desires, purpose, and goals by accessing their superconscious or higher self towards abundance, joy, and purpose. It reveals to a person their future life potentials and helps them to align to them. Guided breathwork and guided meditation are incorporated into the process to induce lowered brainwave states and access higher states of consciousness by surrendering to universal intelligence and activating the superconscious mind/connecting to higher self/divine guidance and connecting to soul purpose in the future life progression.

    The overall process invites a collaboration of universal intelligence, superconscious mind, subconscious mind and conscious mind. 

    The first QLT session is focused on the superconscious mind and is 2 hours duration and the second session connects the superconscious with the subconscious mind by harnessing its power, it is 1.30 hours duration and the third session connects the superconscious, subconscious and conscious minds and is 1 hour duration. Each client will receive a 15 min bespoke future life programming recording to (anchor and manifest future memories) from the first and third session as well as the entire audio recording for the second session. Positive psychology tools will also be applied to assist in embodying the future self version in the present moment. 

    QLT activates independent creativity and the evocation of superconscious potential on the part of the client. It also raises creator consciousness, heightens intuition and empowers the client to take actions to align them to their future life. 

  • Energy healing is a gentle and beautiful process an raises the vibration of the client. It is performed remotely. The client receives a selected audio that is a guided meditation to listen to that is between 8-20 mins in duration . Headphones are recommended. The energy field of the client is tuned into and visions/ sensations are normally experienced simultaneously by the therapist and the client. Anything can appear in the visions, they are often metaphorical and the meaning can often become apparent in retrospect. Usually the visions start with the current state /situation and move to the highest potential state. Clients can experience a range of emotions and generally feel calm and relaxed by the end of the session. The visions are shared either as voice notes or written communication via email or WhatsApp. 

    Energy healing sessions for clients with medical conditions receiving allopathy treatments can have healing sessions timed to be most effective.

  • The coaching sessions are an interactive process of self discovery and evolution with guidance/facilitation. They are normally up to 1 hour in duration. Coaching encourages independence and autonomy, The main focus is on building habits by creating daily routines incorporating a variety of techniques and tools that will best move the client forward with their goals and intentions. 

    The coaching sessions when incorporated as part of the packages for therapy are a combination of progress follow up and coaching style usually timed mid-month. With the progress follow up it is useful as what has been effective can be identified and also where there has been resistance, deeper inquiry and alternative solutions can be sought.

  • Yes. All clients are assured confidentiality in accordance with professional codes of conduct and ethics.

  • Online sessions are equally as effective as face to face sessions. Online sessions are particularly useful when the clients are not based in the areas where face to face options are available. Zoom is used, it is a reliable platform and easy to use.

    The follow-up and energy healing sessions are normally done remotely.

  • It’s important to note that you are not reliving any memories, you are reviewing them and that you are safe in the supportive space created in the session. It is safe for you to express negative emotions and take the opportunity to heal and evolve,
